The free service includes the collection of a bag of up to a maximum of 32 kg from your home, the dispatch to the departure port and, at the end of the cruise, delivery back to your home. You can also use the service only for otward or return trips.

You can book this service for free, starting from 20 days prior to the departure date of your cruise.

The service is available for cruises departing from one of the following ports:
ITALY: Bari, Civitavecchia, Genoa, Napoli, Palermo, Savona, Taranto, Trieste and Venezia – Marghera;
FRANCE: Marseille;
SPAIN: Barcelona, Tarragona and Valencia;
GERMANY: Bremerhaven and Kiel.

If you have more than one luggage you wish to send, in this area you can also book for a fee, as well as will be able to book the service all passengers traveling on the same reservation number and cabin. The maximum amount of luggage allowed on board is 2 pieces per person (hand luggage excluded).

This service is available for Gold and Platinum members living in one of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

In UE are therefore reachable all locations with the exception of: the Channel Islands, the Canary Islands, the cities of Ceuta and Melilla, Madeira, Porto Santo, Malta and Cyprus.
